Medina Okot is poised to bring her skills to the United States, as she joins the Mississippi State women’s basketball team on a full sports scholarship after successfully obtaining her visa on her fth attempt. Towering at six feet and just shy of 20 years old, Medina has already demonstrated her potential as an exceptional player, rst drawing attention during the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham as a key member of Kenya’s 3×3 basketball team.
